Military to Civilian Placement Firm Bradley-Morris Featured in The Virginian-Pilot
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) July 13, 2008 -- Bradley-Morris, Inc. One of Bradley-Morris' Norfolk-area clients was also featured in the piece. Describing their interaction with BMI, Melissa Griffin, human resources manager at Electric Motor & Contracting Co., Inc. discussed signing up with the military to civilian firm after Electric Motor's positions became harder to fill, saying: "I gave them the job description, not expecting a whole lot back. Within two days, they sent me a resume. The very first resume, we hired that person."
She went on to describe how working with BMI has made a positive impact for her company, and made her life easier as well, declaring, "I tell them what I need; they do all of the legwork. That's been a huge plus."
